What do the therapy sessions look like?

 Even though therapy is a serious business, you will find that in my sessions we will laugh and enjoy the lighter moments while learning tools and skills for managing symptoms. You are in charge of your session, meaning you can decide what you want to share in the session. I do not believe in pushing my clients if they are not ready. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for your journey. 

The sessions are offered in person and online. 

 

How long do I need to be in therapy? 

You will notice the difference in 2-3 months if you are sincere about changing your life and use the recommended tools consistently. It also depends on the depth of your trauma experiences in life. 

 

What if your recommended tools don’t work for me?

I believe you are an expert on your life. I believe in open communication. If the tools don't work, then we can explore other avenues and tools. There is no ‘one size fits all’ in therapy.
